We understand planning an event comes with a lot of stress and emotions. With our guidance and network we can make your vision come to life flawlessly. Packages & Services


We've got your entire event covered from conception to implementation.

Day Of 

Prices start at $725

This package includes 2 planners onsite for up to 6 hours to ensure the event runs smoothly and as planned by the client. 2 planners will attend an onsite venue meeting prior to the day of to ensure all items are discussed. A planner will confirm the timeline and day of events with the client 1-2 weeks prior to the event. If additional on site hours are needed, please inform us during your complimentary event consultation.

Partial Planning

Prices start at $985

A planner will help coordinate some of the client's provided vendors and provide day of coordination. During your complimentary event consultation we will discuss which items from the below available services you'd like included in your package.

Full Planning

Prices starts at $1,725

Event This LLC will handle your entire event. With this package a planner will work with clients to define the event and budget; along with searching, coordinating, and managing all vendors. At your event consultation we will review available services and tailor the package to your needs.

  • Venue and Vendor search, contract negotiation, and management

  • Vendors include caterers, florists, decor rentals, photographers, videographer, stationery designers, entertainers (DJ, Band, live violin performer), hair and make up artists, etc.

  • Event website development and management

  • Guest management (Online registration site, maintaining RSVPs, special requests, and contact information)

  • Logistics and travel accommodations

  • Before event schedule including final decisions and payments

  • Day of itinerary development and coordination

  • Engagement Party Planning

  • Wedding Shower Planning

  • Bachelorette / Bachelor Party Planning

  • Dress fitting / Tuxedo fitting attendance

  • Assembly and packaging of favors

  • Welcome bag assembly, packaging, and hotel drop off

  • Pre/Post Wedding Events - Ceremony rehearsal, Rehearsal dinner, Welcome Party, Breakfast, After Party

  • Return of any rental items after the wedding

  • 1 complimentary event consultation to review high level details

  • 2 planners

  • 1-2 hour event planning meeting

  • Unlimited calls and emails

  • Up to 6 hours on site day of coordination
